KEMBARA TUJUH SAJIAN FOR BUKA PUASA AT ONE WORLD HOTEL


The ultimate show-stealer at Cinnamon Coffee House’s Kembara Tujuh Sajian buffet is Durian Crepes. Brimming with creamy durian filling, those tissue-thin pancakes disappeared within minutes at the preview. They were heavenly for us durian fans so if you love the King of Fruits, this dessert is a must have!
It is such familiar kampung-style dishes and streetfood fare from seven states: Selangor, Penang, Pahang, Johor, Kedah, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan that ensures heartwarming satisfaction when you buka puasa at One World Hotel this year.

Executive Sous Chef Saiful Baharin and his team will wok up a storm, preparing over a hundred dishes for the buffet nightly from now until 4 June 2019. With so much variety available, it’s best to pick and choose wisely on what to eat.
 
Start with more delicate flavoured dishes from the Japanese cuisine section or opt for soft food like Bubur Lambuk or Sup Tulang. Sushi, Tempura and Soba are legit appetising choices as are piping hot broth dishes up with rib bones, tripe and beefy spare parts or spiced rice porridge.
 
Local salads are great for fulfilling your green quota — recommendations include Pasembur with chunky peanut sauce, Kerabu Sotong and fresh Ulam relished with Sambal Belimbing. Chilled Seafood on ice will give you more bang for your buck.

Warming up to the mains, curries are aplenty in the extravagant spread. Noteworthy specialities to look out for include the cardamom-scented Kambing Masak Kuzi, richly spiced Lamb Dalcha, zingy hot Ikan Goreng Sambal Hijau and the chilli-laden Daging Dendeng.
 
 
Famous dishes from neighbouring states: Ikan Patin Tempoyak, Sambal Petai Udang, Kari Ayam Kandar, Sotong Marsala, Daging Masak Hitam Manis, and Daging Tetel Kawah Tok among others join the chorus of temptations.
 
 
Trusty crowd-pullers of Roast Lamb, Ayam Percik, Ikan Bakar and mayo-laden Chicken Shawarma also make their anticipated appearance. More inventive eats include deep-fried Roti Ikan Sardin dan Spring Rolls Carbonara.
 
 
 
An extensive array of sweet treats from East and West beckons, beguiling the sweet-toothed with colourful slices of Kek Lapis, sticky pieces of Dodol, glasses of Dadih, mini Kek Gula Hangus, Malay Kuih, Fresh Fruits and Assorted Fritters.
